Qualcomm Lands $60 Billion Deal with Amazon in Data Center Push

Qualcomm has secured a landmark deal with Amazon to supply data center products worth up to $60 billion over the next decade. Under the agreement, Qualcomm granted warrants for up to 25 million shares at $161.26 each, further solidifying its market position.

The company's modular AI software enables model deployment across various platforms, including Nvidia and AMD chips, strengthening Qualcomm's competitive edge in the AI sector.

Qualcomm also expressed strong confidence in achieving its $5 billion data center revenue target for fiscal 2027, with projections to reach $15 billion by fiscal 2029. This growth potential is fueled by partnerships with Amazon and Meta Platforms.
