Quisitive Launches Spyglass Guardrail to Bolster Microsoft 365 Security

Quisitive has launched Spyglass Guardrail, an AI-powered managed service aimed at strengthening Microsoft 365 security and improving compliance. The new service is designed to help organisations prepare for the deployment of AI tools like Microsoft Copilot by checking systems for security weaknesses, recommending fixes, and putting protections in place.

Spyglass Guardrail has been developed to raise an organisation's Microsoft Secure Score to 80 or above. The score measures the strength of an organisation's Microsoft 365 security configuration, which usually averages between 40 and 60 out of 100. According to Quisitive, the service can close most compliance gaps within approximately 11 weeks.

The service applies baseline controls to Microsoft Copilot and AI agents, helping organisations manage security risks as adoption expands. A security engineer reviews each change and produces before-and-after evidence to support compliance reporting. Steven Balusek, executive vice president of solutions development, advisory, and pre-sales at Quisitive, said 'Boards and insurance carriers want the same thing: a hardened Microsoft Cloud environment to support their AI ambitions across Copilot and custom agents.'

Guardrail combines AI with human judgment to deliver the outcome faster and more cost-effectively. The service uses AI-enabled tools to identify control gaps, prioritise remediation risks, and deploy pre-tested Microsoft 365 control modules.
