Razorpay Bolsters AI Leadership with Senior Hires

Razorpay has strengthened its AI leadership by welcoming four senior engineering leaders from Microsoft, Salesforce, CRED, and Divyam.ai. This move is a response to the shift towards AI-driven commerce in India, where payment systems will increasingly make decisions autonomously.

The new hires bring complementary expertise in artificial intelligence, developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering. Sudhir Reddy, former CTO and co-founder of Divyam.ai, joins Razorpay as its senior-most individual contributor, leading AI and Data architecture.

Reddy brings nearly two decades of experience building large-scale AI platforms and enterprise systems. The three other accomplished engineers joining him are Abhishek Agarwal from Microsoft, Bhavya Shivaprakash from Salesforce, and Anuj Mathur from CRED.
