RBC Capital has reaffirmed its Sector Perform rating and $45 price target for Nike Inc. (NYSE:NKE) after meeting with CEO Elliott Hill in London on August 24, 2026.

The firm's analyst Piral Dadhania noted that management presented a balanced tone while discussing both opportunities and challenges facing the company due to its scale and mixed consumer backdrop.

Despite execution taking longer than anticipated, partly due to industry lead times and the Iran conflict's impact on recovery, RBC Capital believes Nike is taking the right steps under Hill's leadership.

The firm identified three key catalysts: a November 2026 capital markets day providing a financial framework, an improving margin profile in the first half of 2027, and lifestyle product launches in the second half of 2027.
