Rebecca Stone Tapped as Plume's New CCMO Amid AI-Driven ISP Evolution
Plume has named Rebecca Stone as its new Chief Customer and Marketing Officer. In this expanded role, she will oversee the entire customer lifecycle for over 450 Internet Service Providers (ISPs) across 58 countries. This move reflects Plume's commitment to delivering a seamless experience for its ISP customers.
Rebecca Stone brings more than 20 years of experience in leading global enterprise and service provider marketing organizations. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Revenue Marketing and Customer Solutions Marketing at Cisco, where she oversaw strategy and operations for a $50 billion networking portfolio.
Cisco's CEO Dan Herscovici stated that Plume's ISP partners succeed by keeping subscribers happy at a cost they can sustain, which becomes increasingly challenging as AI raises subscriber expectations. He believes Stone has the rare gift of connecting brand, customer engagement, and commercial results, making her an ideal fit for this role.
The expanded role is part of a broader leadership investment at Plume, including the recent appointment of Peter Wulfraat as Chief Revenue Officer. These moves are expected to drive Plume's next phase of commercial expansion across its global ISP footprint.
