Red Cat Holdings Taps Mitch McDonald for Divisional CEO Role

Red Cat Holdings has appointed Mitch McDonald as its Divisional Chief Executive Officer of UAS operations. The company's aim is to provide unified leadership for its unmanned aircraft systems, particularly in the areas of production and operational efficiency.

The promotion comes after McDonald served as President of Teal Drones, where he oversaw significant growth in manufacturing and facility expansion. He also has experience in advanced manufacturing, aerospace and defense operations, engineering leadership, supply-chain strategy, and developing high-performing technical teams.

As Divisional CEO, McDonald will focus on operational integration, manufacturing scale, and execution across Red Cat's UAS platforms. This includes Teal's development of advanced small unmanned aerial systems for defense and national security missions.
