Reid Hoffman Gets 187.6 RSUs in Latest Microsoft Stock Grant
Reid Hoffman, a director at Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), has received a new stock grant. The grant consists of 187.6 fully vested Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Microsoft common stock and is already fully vested.
The RSUs will be delivered on the first anniversary after Hoffman's separation from the Board of Directors. After this grant, he holds 17,150.779 RSUs directly and 15,905 common shares indirectly through a living trust.
