Relay Shuts Down, Founder Joins Google Chrome
Relay, an AI startup that developed tools for automating workflows, is shutting down its service. The company's founder and CEO, Jacob Bank, will join Google Chrome as Vice President of Product, responsible for Chrome's product and developer relations teams.
Relay launched in 2021 and helped businesses automate repetitive tasks with AI, including preparing documents, editing texts, and organizing project management processes. Users have been unable to use the free version since August 15, while paid accounts will remain active until September 14.
Bank has expressed his enthusiasm for joining Google Chrome, stating that he wants to 'bring that experience to far, far more people.'
