RE/MAX Holdings has completed its business combination and is streamlining its financial arrangements. The company has repaid in full a $2021 credit facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank and other lenders, effectively ending any related guarantees or liens.

The agreement was originally signed on July 21, 2021, but was terminated on August 24, 2026, the same date as the business combination close. No exit fees or payments were disclosed in connection with the termination.

Additionally, RE/MAX Holdings has terminated its Tax Receivable Agreement (TRA) with RIHI, which was originally signed on October 7, 2013. The TRA was modified through an amendment on April 26, 2026, to align with the post-merger structure.
