Remepy Secures $36 Million for AI-Enabled Drug Pipeline
Remepy, a company developing AI-enabled drug treatments, has secured $36 million in funding to advance its pipeline of 'Hybrid Drugs'. The round was led by O.G. Venture Partners and M Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Merck KGaA. This brings Remepy's total capital raised to $62 million.
The company is working on treatments that combine prescription medications with personalized AI-driven therapeutic apps. Its lead program, Hybridopa, targets Parkinson's disease and has shown promising Phase IIa results. The treatment improved both motor and non-motor symptoms in patients.
Remepy plans to use the new funding to expand its partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and advance its platform. It will also support a planned Phase III trial of Hybridopa, expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026. This investment reflects growing interest in using AI to enhance drug delivery and patient care.
Remepy's co-CEOs, Michal Tsur and Or Shoval, believe that medicine is entering a new era where every breakthrough drug will be paired with personalized intelligence. They see their company as pioneering a new category of medicine by combining biotechnology, AI, and digital health.
