Renovo's American Legion Swears In New Officers for Upcoming Year
The American Legion Post 442 in Renovo recently held its yearly installation of officers. The ceremony saw the swearing-in and placement of new leaders for the upcoming year. District Commanders Kirby Hills and Heather Smith officiated the service.
Among those sworn in were the club officers, Sons of the American Legion, and Auxiliary members. Scott Bissman was appointed as Commander, while John Zimmer took on the role of First Vice. George Crouse became the Finance Officer, and Tom Poleto Jr. was named Chaplain for the club.
The Sons of the American Legion also saw changes with Jeff Barrick taking over as Commander and Adjutant. Calvin Funk stepped up as Treasurer, while Mark Peck became Sgt. at Arms. Bill McDonald remains as Chaplain.
