Rezolve AI Stock Drops 20% After Widening Net Loss
Rezolve AI's stock price plummeted nearly 20% in morning trade on Tuesday after the company reported a wider net loss for the first half of 2026, despite revenue growth.
The artificial intelligence software company's net loss widened to $139,478, more than double the $57,800 loss from a year earlier.
However, Rezolve's CEO Daniel M. Wagner remains optimistic about the company's prospects, citing partnerships with Google, Microsoft, Tata Consultancy Services, and Tech Mahindra as potential routes to a broader base of enterprise customers.
'This is just the beginning of this opportunity, not its conclusion,' Wagner said in a statement.
Rezolve maintained its approximately $360 million FY2026 revenue guidance and target of at least $500 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) by the end of the year.
