Rockstar Games' parent company Take-Two Interactive has filed subpoenas against Microsoft and Discord as part of an investigation into 'Grand Theft Auto 6' leaks.

The subpoenas, filed with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, seek information on gameplay videos posted by a hacker group called CyberLeek that claim to have obtained a playable build of the game.

The leaked content includes audiovisual elements, artwork, images, and dialogue, all of which are copyrighted material belonging to Take-Two.

Take-Two's investigation focuses on data from Microsoft's GitHub developer platform and Discord servers, where the alleged infringing content was posted under various accounts.
