Ronnie B. Massey Passes Away at 72 After 52-Year Marriage

Ronald 'Ronnie' B. Massey, a 72-year-old Marshall, NC resident, passed away on August 9, 2026, at the age of 72.

Massey was born to Ella Davis Massey and the late Everette Lee Massey on September 21, 1953.

He spent over 30 years working at Honeywell/Microswitch before transitioning to a position as Logistics Clerk for Madison County School's bus garage, from which he later retired.

Massey was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing and hunting, but his greatest joy was watching his grandchildren play sports.
