Russia Unveils Talent Visa for High-Skilled Foreigners

Russia has introduced a new multiple-entry talent visa for highly skilled foreign nationals, offering an easier route to temporary and permanent residence.

The visa is open to talents in fields including science, creative industries, and sports, as well as graduates of top universities, professionals with rare skills, and entrepreneurs who can contribute to Russia's technological development.

The application process will first be assessed by the newly established Agency for Attracting Foreign Talents to Russia before being processed by the country's regular immigration authorities.
