Russian Drones Strike Kyiv and Coca-Cola Plant

Russian drones attacked Kyiv and its region on September 3, injuring at least nine people. The strikes lasted for several hours, with explosions and air defense sounds reported in various districts.

The capital's mayor, Vitaliy Klitschko, said that six people were hospitalized, including a 12-year-old girl. In the Holosiivskyi district, a drone hit a nine-story residential building, causing damage on several floors.

Vitaliy Klitschko urged residents to stay in safe places as the attack continued into the evening. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that one of the Russian drones struck the Coca-Cola plant in Brovary, Kyiv region, which is of American origin.

Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine would respond to Russian attacks with 'asymmetric operations,' mentioning the attack on a Russian Major General Mykola Varpakhovych. The general was shot twice by an unknown assailant riding a motorcycle in the Saratov region on September 3.
