Ruxandra Draghia-Akli Joins FTI Consulting as Senior Advisor
FTI Consulting has hired Ruxandra Draghia-Akli as a Senior Advisor to its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. She brings over two decades of experience in international pharmaceuticals, including work with global companies like Johnson & Johnson and Merck & Co.
Draghia-Akli's role will involve advising healthcare and life sciences organizations on scientific strategy, regulatory affairs, public policy, and legislative developments. Her expertise spans infectious diseases, vaccines, genomic medicine, and advanced therapies for rare diseases.
She has a strong track record of accomplishment in the field, having helped bring two Ebola vaccines through approval and deployment, as well as supporting the introduction of bedaquiline as a treatment for tuberculosis.
