SAASO.AI Names Chris Shackelford as Fractional Chief Growth Officer
SAASO.AI has announced the formal appointment of Chris Shackelford as its Fractional Chief Growth Officer. This move follows a strategic advisory engagement that began in late May with founder and CEO Rabbi Russell Rabichev.
As Fractional Chief Growth Officer, Chris will focus on accelerating commercial growth across SAASO.AI's portfolio of software platforms and recurring revenue solutions. His responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, strengthening go-to-market strategies, and supporting initiatives designed to expand customer acquisition and long-term revenue.
Chris brings 28 years of experience in revenue growth, customer success, enterprise technology, and startup leadership. He previously spent 10 years at Salesforce and held executive leadership roles at multiple technology startups. His most recent role was at SAP, where he worked closely with sales and customer success teams as the organization expanded from approximately $400 million to more than $2 billion in revenue over a three-year period.
Chris Shackelford stated that growth was never the result of one person, but rather achieved by an exceptional team working together towards a common goal. He emphasized the importance of technology supporting sound business strategy, strong customer relationships, and informed decision-making.
