The tech industry has been abuzz with concerns that AI would replace enterprise software platforms. However, recent earnings reports from Salesforce and ServiceNow have put this 'SaaSpocalypse' thesis to rest.

Salesforce reported revenue of $11.35 billion, up 10.8% year-over-year, with subscription and support revenue of $10.82 billion, up 12%. The real story lies within the AI stack, where Agentforce ARR crossed $1.5 billion, growing over 240% year-over-year.

ServiceNow's Q2 was even more impressive, with revenue growth of 24.01% year-over-year and ServiceNow AI ACV crossing $1 billion. Agentic deployments increased ninefold over nine months.

Both companies are doubling down on their commitment to enterprise software, with Salesforce focusing on being the trusted data spine for every agent and ServiceNow prioritizing governance and cybersecurity.
