Salesforce Agentforce Deployment Breaks Ground in Military HR Operations
U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) has become the first Department of War organization to deploy Salesforce's Missionforce National Security platform, which includes its newly IL5-authorized Agentforce.
The deployment will serve over 9.2 million Soldiers, Veterans, civilian staff, and military families, projecting more than 55 million agent conversations per month at full scale and $6 million in annual savings from reduced manual processing, improved case routing, and elimination of redundant legacy systems.
This milestone marks a significant shift for military HR operations, as Agentforce will also support over 1,500 cases per day through automated case summarization.
Salesforce's agentic platform has cleared the highest security bar in the federal government while delivering quantifiable operational impact, making it a proof point that Salesforce's strategy can operate at scale in the most security-sensitive environments.
