Salesforce and Anthropic Team Up on Integrated AI Solution Claudeforce
Salesforce and Anthropic have collaborated on Claudeforce, an integrated solution that brings together Claude's AI capabilities with Salesforce's business solutions. This partnership marks a significant expansion of their existing strategic relationship.
Claudeforce will allow sales and AI agents to analyze the context of business revenue in real-time, automate updates on the work pipeline, and take actions according to organizational governance directly from Claude.
Salesforce's Chair & CEO Marc Benioff explained that this integration combines the strengths of both companies. 'We are combining the world's No. 1 AI with the world's No. 1 CRM,' he said.
The Claudeforce partnership is expected to enter its open beta phase in September 2026, and additional ready-to-use skills will begin to be launched by the end of that year. The two companies also plan to expand their integration, including with Slack.
