Salesforce and Anthropic Unleash Claudeforce AI-Powered Partnership
Salesforce and Anthropic have announced Claudeforce, an expanded strategic partnership that brings together Claude's AI intelligence and reasoning capabilities with Salesforce's trusted enterprise platform. This collaboration aims to securely provide data, workflows, business logic, actions, and governance to power agentic experiences wherever work happens.
The partnership launches with Salesforce in Claude, a plugin that enables sellers and agents to reason over live revenue context, automate pipeline updates, and take governed action directly from Claude. The companies plan further integrations across Claude, Salesforce, and Slack.
Salesforce in Claude is powered by AIforce, which connects business data and workflows to agents through MCP servers, APIs, and CLI tools without complicated integrations. This allows administrators to connect Salesforce in Claude once, while authentication and permissions are managed centrally for sellers across the team overall.
