Salesforce and Anthropic Unveil Claudeforce AI-Powered Data Access
Salesforce's Q2 revenue surged by 11%, according to its latest earnings report. The company has also launched Claudeforce, a partnership with Anthropic that combines Salesforce data and applications with Claude's AI capabilities.
Claudeforce allows users to access business data and workflows through natural language queries in the Claude Cowork environment. This eliminates the need for IT experts or other specialists to run reports or manually extract insights from Salesforce data.
The partnership builds on Salesforce's AIforce UI harness, which serves as a translator between AI models and real-world applications. Claudeforce is currently available to select pilot customers and will launch in open beta in September with 37 prebuilt skills, with more to follow later this year.
