Salesforce and Anthropic Unveil Claudeforce, Expanding AI Integration

Salesforce and Anthropic have announced Claudeforce, an expanded partnership between the two firms. This move will see deeper integration of Anthropic's Claude AI across Salesforce's ecosystem, including Data 360, Tableau, and Slack.

The CRM giant noted that they are both strategic customers of each other, with Salesforce being Anthropic's preferred CRM while Slack plays a key role in workforce communication and workflows. The two firms have been forging closer ties for some time now, with Claude already underpinning key capabilities within Slack.

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff described the move as 'fusing' Claude with Salesforce's data and workflows, saying 'We're delivering a dynamic interface that thinks, reasons, and acts.'
