Salesforce and Anthropic Unveil Enterprise AI Solution Claudeforce

Salesforce and Anthropic have expanded their partnership to launch Claudeforce, an enterprise AI solution that combines Salesforce's trusted data and workflows with Claude's intelligence and reasoning.

The partnership allows users to access their business data and workflows directly from Claude, a plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills that enable sellers and agents to reason over live revenue context, automate pipeline updates, and take governed action.

Claude combines multistep reasoning and complex task execution with Anthropic's rigorous approach to safety and interpretability, making it available in Agentforce, the Atlas Reasoning Engine, powering Agentforce Vibes and Agentforce Coworker by default, and within the Salesforce Trust Boundary through Amazon Bedrock.

The partnership also includes integrating Claude directly into Slack, the multiplayer work OS, allowing teams to reason through complex decisions alongside Claude in Slack and instantly execute governed actions in Salesforce.
