Salesforce and AWS Unite for Enterprise AI
Salesforce and AWS are expanding their collaboration on AI integrations across Slack and Amazon Quick. The companies announced this partnership on September 15, 2026, with a goal of addressing three dynamics shaping enterprise AI adoption: demand for AI that can act on CRM intelligence anywhere employees work, the challenge of connecting siloed data without migration, and extending AI agents into real-time voice and team collaboration.
The new integrations bring Salesforce business context inside Amazon Quick, allowing users to access pipeline health, account summaries, service cases, and operational analytics from within the platform. AWS frontier agents can now work directly inside Slack, starting with DevOps Agent and expanding to Security Agent, FinOps Agent, and Partner Central agents.
The integration also enables zero-copy data access across both platforms, allowing joint customers to ground AI agents in enterprise data without moving or duplicating it. The companies are exploring bidirectional semantic-information sharing with the AWS Glue Data Catalog.
