Salesforce Inc., a global provider of cloud-based software for customer relationship management (CRM), has seen significant investment from various large investors. According to its most recent 13F filing with the SEC, S&CO Inc. purchased a new position in shares of Salesforce during the second quarter, acquiring approximately $444,000 worth of stock.
Other notable investors have also increased their stakes in Salesforce. J. Stern & Co. LLP grew its holdings by an astonishing 24,056.7% in the fourth quarter, now owning over 47 billion dollars' worth of shares. Norges Bank bought a new stake in Salesforce during the same period, valuing at $3.18 billion.
The firm's quarterly revenue was up 13.3% compared to the same quarter last year, with earnings per share (EPS) reaching $3.88, exceeding the consensus estimate of $3.13 by $0.75.
