Salesforce Backs HiBob in AI-Driven Workforce Data Push
HiBob has secured an investment led by Salesforce and Farallon, expanding its people management software to include organizational data. The funding supports HiBob's push to make workforce data central to AI-driven operations.
The company argues that information about employees, roles, reporting lines, skills, and incentives will become increasingly important as businesses deploy AI tools and automated workflows. According to HiBob, it already combines data on roles, skills, teams, reporting structures, goals, compensation, performance, and workforce planning in its Bob platform.
HiBob serves more than 5,500 customers across 170 countries, primarily mid-sized and larger organizations that require integration between HR, payroll, and finance data. CEO Ronni Zehavi stated, 'AI is not only changing technology; it's changing the architecture of organizations.'
