Salesforce Bets Big on Anthropic with Claudeforce Integration

Salesforce has announced an expanded partnership with Anthropic through its new plugin called Claudeforce. This integration allows users to operate their CRM system directly from within Claude, a conversational AI model developed by Anthropic.

The Claudeforce plugin comes pre-built with 37 sales skills covering deal preparation, health reviews, and pipeline analysis. Users can query, update, and run processes on CRM data using natural language directly from Claude's interface.

The integration is a two-way street, as Salesforce has also set up its own plugin called 'Salesforce in Claude' to allow customers to access the CRM system from within Claude.
