Salesforce Bolsters Cloud Capabilities with AWS, Google Cloud Partnerships
Salesforce has expanded its partnerships with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud to enhance its data and artificial intelligence capabilities. At Dreamforce 2026, Salesforce announced a partnership with Google Cloud, aiming to eliminate departmental barriers by bringing technology, customer relationship management, AI agents, and workflows into the cloud platform.
The company is integrating AWS's frontier agents, starting with the AWS DevOps Agent, into Slack and its team collaboration platform. This integration will enable users to troubleshoot infrastructure without leaving the platform.
Salesforce also seeks to expand its Data 360 Zero Copy integration to AWS Glue-managed Apache Iceberg tables and the Amazon Aurora database. According to WS Vice President of Data and AI FTM Rahul Pathak, 'These new integrations with Salesforce give customers data access without migration, model choice at the right economics, and AI agents where their people already work.'
The company's Hyperforce operating model for its software on public cloud platforms is being used to bring unified agent integration reasoning and actions onto Google Cloud. Salesforce expects broader customer transitions to occur in the fourth quarter through Hyperforce on Google Cloud.
