Salesforce has deepened its presence in Sri Lanka through partnerships with John Keells Holdings PLC (JKH). The tech giant signed deals with two prominent subsidiaries of JKH: Keells Supermarket and JKCG Auto. These collaborations aim to leverage AI-led customer engagement and automotive lifecycle management.

The partnership involves a comprehensive modernisation of Keells Supermarket's Nexus loyalty platform, which currently connects over 2 million active members. Salesforce will help the supermarket establish real-time, hyper-personalised customer journeys using its Loyalty Management, Customer 360, MuleSoft, and Agentforce Service tools.

JKCG Auto is implementing Salesforce Automotive Cloud to unify the end-to-end customer lifecycle for its electric vehicle portfolio. This deployment enables JKCG Auto to capture and convert incoming leads while maintaining continuous engagement across vehicle delivery, periodic maintenance, warranty management, and post-sales servicing.
