Salesforce Boosts Einstein Copilot with Unstructured Data Analysis
Salesforce has announced significant enhancements to its Einstein Copilot AI assistant and Data Cloud platform. As of February 2024, Einstein Copilot will be able to analyze unstructured data, including emails, social media posts, and audio files, using the new Data Cloud Vector Database. This integration will allow businesses to gain actionable insights from all types of data.
Einstein Copilot's capabilities include customer service, IT support, and sales analysis. For instance, a chatbot can use unstructured data to answer customer inquiries on a self-service page. Similarly, IT teams can utilize Einstein Copilot to uncover problems in machine operations, such as logs and sensor readings.
Additionally, Salesforce has expanded its partnership with Apple, integrating Apple Messaging, Apple Pay, and augmented reality into certain products. Apple Messages for Business will enable businesses to set up live chat experiences with customers, while the Salesforce Field Service mobile app will incorporate augmented reality capabilities in summer 2024.
