Salesforce Bundles AI, Security, Analytics, and Collaboration into New Platform Editions

Salesforce has rolled out new editions of its Agentforce platform that bundle everything businesses need for agentic transformation. The new Core, Advanced, and Max editions bring together AI, security, analytics, collaboration, and support into a single purchase.

The Max edition delivers 60% more value than the Agentforce 1 Edition at no additional cost. Existing customers can upgrade to the new Max edition for free with up to $500 in added value.

The new editions package native AI together with governance and trusted data foundation, paired with analytics and semantic understanding agents need to reason across the business. They also include Slack, bringing humans and agents into one conversational interface to drive work forward.
