Salesforce Connections 2026: Immersive Experience Aims to Build Trust in AI
At Salesforce Connections 2026 in Chicago, experiential design agency Left Field Labs and Salesforce worked together to create an immersive experience that went beyond traditional trade show booths. The event featured three branded storefronts - University of Chicago Medicine, Heathrow, and Pearson - which were designed to showcase the capabilities of Salesforce's AI platform, Agentforce. Each activation told a unique story, but shared the goal of helping attendees see what AI looks like when it's solving real problems for real people.
The event also featured two new spaces: the Slack space and the Agentic Enterprise space. The Slack space was designed to feel like the messaging platform itself - fast, playful, and approachable. It included a custom-built LED cube, interactive iPad stations, and a personalized animated Slack emoji activation that attendees could take home with them.
The Agentic Enterprise space, on the other hand, aimed to stop people in their tracks with its giant illuminated magnifying glass representing Salesforce's Marketing Cloud. Inside the space, AI agents Piper and Hunter brought the story to life by showing how AI can personalize marketing and accelerate pipeline generation in real-time.
