San Francisco-based Salesforce is expanding its Agentforce platform to include a new portfolio of AI agents designed for high-value work across various business functions. These job-ready agents are built to understand the specific tasks and goals, allowing them to work more efficiently and effectively.
The new agents, such as Casey (help agent), Paige (IT & HR service agent), and Hunter (outbound sales agent), come pre-equipped with the necessary skills, actions, and data models required for each job. They can be tailored to fit a company's specific needs and work alongside human employees.
Agentforce's long-horizon runtime enables agents to pursue goals across days and weeks, incorporating new information and adjusting plans as needed. This capability is currently being tested with Hunter, the outbound sales agent.
