Salesforce Expands Headless 360 for Secure AI Agent Integration

Salesforce has announced an expansion of its Headless 360 platform, transforming every Salesforce cloud into reusable enterprise capabilities that any authorized AI agent can securely discover and use through open standards.

This milestone builds on Salesforce's long history of openness, which began with the introduction of the enterprise web API more than 27 years ago. The new expansion includes a Headless 360 MCP Server, Data 360 MCP Server, Slackbot MCP Client, developer tools, reusable Skills, and headless experiences across every major cloud.

The Headless 360 platform makes it easier for authorized AI agents to securely discover, understand, and take action across the enterprise. Instead of rebuilding integrations for every new AI experience, organizations can reuse the business capabilities they've already built on Salesforce, preserving identity, permissions, metadata, workflows, governance, and business logic.
