Listen Labs, co-founded by Florian Jüngermann and Alfred Wahlforss in 2023, specializes in customer research automation using AI technology. Its platform generates survey questions, conducts audio and video interviews with customers, and synthesizes the data into reports and presentations.
The proposed $2 billion valuation is aggressive given Listen Labs' current financials, generating approximately $30 million in annualized revenue, which puts the acquisition price at a 67x revenue multiple. This figure reflects a significant premium for AI-native research technology.
