Salesforce has unveiled Claudeforce, an integration of the Claude LLM from Anthropic within its Agentforce platform. This move marks a significant shift towards conversational AI and AI agents in SaaS software interfaces.

The tool is available to pilot clients ahead of a beta test planned for September 2026. With this integration, Salesforce makes data and workflows accessible to agents via MCP servers and APIs in real-time.

KPMG France's François-Xavier Leroux warns that the CRM tool editor risks seeing its historic platform eroded into a simple data lake as SaaS software interfaces give way to AI agents.
