Salesforce Leads $166M Investment in Hibob at $3.2B Valuation
Hibob, the company behind HR platform Bob, has secured $166 million in a late-stage funding round led by Salesforce. This investment values the London- and New York-based startup at $3.2 billion.
The deal ranks among the largest of its kind, placing Hibob in the top 1% of all late-VC rounds ever recorded in its geography and industry. The company serves more than 5,500 customers worldwide.
Hibob aims to evolve from an HR platform into a comprehensive 'organizational intelligence' layer for businesses. It believes that AI agents will increasingly take on work, making it essential for companies to have trusted data about people, roles, skills, and reporting structures.
According to Hibob's CEO Ronni Zehavi, the company is not just implementing technology but driving an organizational and managerial revolution. The bet is that enterprise advantage will come from proprietary workforce context that makes AI accurate and relevant.
