Salesforce and Anthropic have joined forces to launch Claudeforce, an integration of Claude AI with Salesforce's CRM platform. This partnership brings 37 built-in sales skills that enable sellers and agents to reason over live revenue data, automate pipeline updates, and take action directly from Claude within Salesforce and Slack.

The new enterprise harness, Alforce, connects business data and workflows to any agent through APIs and servers without complex setup. This marks a shift towards dynamic AI systems that think, reason, and act across business functions.

Claude becomes the default model for Slack, powering tools like Slackbot, Claude Tag, and Slack Code. This enables teams to collaborate with AI agents in real-time, making decisions and completing tasks faster.
