Salesforce Prepares for AI-Powered Workflows with Claudeforce Launch

Salesforce has launched Claudeforce, a new integration that brings its large language models (LLMs) directly into the systems enterprises use to manage customers, data and workflows.

This move is a clear sign that Salesforce's headless architecture strategy acknowledges the future of business may be outside the Salesforce platform.

The partnership with Anthropic means customer don't necessarily need to open Salesforce to use its features, a concept at the core of Salesforce's headless software strategy.

Salesforce is taking CRM beyond traditional application interfaces and has launched the Headless 360 browser-free, API-first architecture in April 2026.
