Salesforce has promoted Jonathan Santos to Director, Corporate & CEO Communications. With nearly six years of experience in corporate communications at Salesforce, he will lead the company's executive communications and stakeholder engagement.
In his new role, Santos will drive strategic messaging and reputation management for one of the world's leading AI-powered CRM companies. He has a strong background in corporate communications, having progressed through various roles at Salesforce, including Specialist, Corporate Communications, and Senior Manager, Corporate Communications.
Santos previously worked at NBCUniversal, where he held several communications positions, including Coordinator, Corporate Communications, and was part of the prestigious NBCUniversal Page Program. He also gained newsroom experience as an NBC News Intern supporting Dateline NBC and The TODAY Show.
