Salesforce Shares Soar 23% After Strong Q2 Earnings
Salesforce shares have seen a significant surge in value over the past month, rising by 23% after the company reported strong fiscal Q2 earnings that beat expectations.
The results were driven by rapid growth in AI-related revenue and a new partnership with Anthropic, as well as strong customer adoption of the company's AI Agentforce product.
However, some analysts have pointed out that part of the gain was due to a one-time investment profit, making the underlying operating growth more modest.
The company reported an impressive headline earnings per share of $5.90, with revenue up 10.8% to $11.35 billion and an 80% EPS beat.
