Salesforce Shatters Q2 Records as AI Business Booms

Salesforce Inc (CRM) has announced record Q2 results, with revenue reaching $11.35 billion, up 11% year over year, and exceeding the high end of guidance.

The company's subscription and support revenue was $10.82 billion, up 12% year over year in nominal terms and 11% in constant currency, while its Current Remaining Performance Obligation (CRPO) reached $33.5 billion, up 14% in constant currency.

Salesforce's AI business is booming, with AgentForce Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reaching $1.5 billion and AI/data ARR approaching $4 billion, driven by a 70% quarter-over-quarter increase in accounts with agents in production.

The company has also announced a strategic partnership with Anthropic to launch Cloudforce, a new product combining the number one AI with the number one CRM platform, which is expected to unlock significant trapped value for customers.
