Salesforce Stock Rallies 34% in a Month: Is It Time to Hold or Book Profits?
Salesforce's stock price has surged 34% in the past month, outperforming its peers in the broader Zacks Internet, Software industry by a significant margin.
The company's strong comeback after a weak first half of 2026 is largely driven by its second-quarter fiscal 2027 results, which were announced on August 26. Since then, CRM stock has gained 26%.
Salesforce generated $11.35 billion in revenues, up 10.8% year over year, while subscription and support revenues rose 11.7% to $10.82 billion. The company's current remaining performance obligation (cRPO) reached $33.5 billion, up 14% year over year.
This growth is a significant improvement from the slowing revenue growth that has been a concern surrounding Salesforce. Management stated during the earnings call that strong bookings, near-record-low customer attrition, and stronger net new annual order value are supporting a potential second-half organic revenue reacceleration.
