Salesforce's stock rating has been reaffirmed by JMP Securities analyst Patrick Walravens as Market Outperform, with a price target of $315.00.

This decision follows the company's recent webinar, Q2 FY27 Product Adoption & Momentum, where President and Chief Commercial Officer Bill Patterson discussed the shift towards outcome-based pricing.

Patterson stated that Salesforce will be driving more outcome-based offerings across its platform, aligning incentives between the company and its customers when appropriate. This move demonstrates how Salesforce is evolving from a software as a service (SaaS) to an artificial intelligence (AI) model, according to Citizens' views.

The stock has increased 2% year to date versus an approximately 11% increase for the S&P 500 and NASDAQ composite index. Thirty analysts have revised their earnings upwards for the upcoming period, while the stock trades at an attractive price-to-earnings growth (PEG) ratio of 0.39.
