Salesforce Surges Past $11B Revenue Mark in Q2 2026
Salesforce reported its financial results for the quarter ended 2026, showing significant year-over-year gains. The company's revenue hit $11.35 billion, a 10.8% increase from the same period last year.
The growth was driven by subscription volume and improved profitability, leading to a net income of $3.53 billion, an impressive 86.9% rise over prior-year numbers. Diluted earnings per share (EPS) were $4.29, up 118.9% from the same quarter in 2025.
The company attributes its revenue growth to volume gains in subscriptions and new business, with six-month revenue reaching $22.5 billion, a 12% year-over-year increase. Salesforce continues to shift its strategic focus towards Agentforce Apps and Data 360 platform, reorganizing its reporting to reflect this change.
The acquisition of Informatica has enhanced the company's data capabilities and bolstered adoption of the Data 360 offerings. However, Salesforce is also undergoing restructuring efforts to reduce costs through headcount and real estate optimization, aiming to improve operating margins.
