Salesforce reported strong Q2 results, exceeding expectations and providing solid evidence for organic revenue reacceleration in the second half of the year. Non-GAAP EPS was boosted by a $2.53 per-share gain from strategic investments, but still exceeded forecasts. Revenue rose 11% year-over-year to $11.35 billion, aligning closely with projections.

The company also highlighted several key metrics that point to strong future demand. CRM bookings and low attrition rates contributed to a 14% year-over-year increase in contract revenue opportunity (cRPO) to $33.5 billion, surpassing guidance and accelerating from 13% growth in Q1.

Agentforce and Data 360 ARR reached nearly $3.9 billion, a 210% increase year-over-year, with Agentforce ARR exceeding $1.5 billion, up over 240%. Bookings for Agentforce doubled year-over-year, with 50% from customers refilling credits.
