Salesforce Trades at Attractive Price Point Amid AI Monetization Upswing
Salesforce is trading at an attractive price point of $249.12 despite its AI monetization curve bending sharply upward, according to bulls. The company's fiscal 2026 revenue reached $41.53 billion, and management is guiding fiscal 2027 to $46.10 billion to $46.40 billion, with a stated $63 billion FY30 target.
The bull argument starts with AI traction that is no longer theoretical. Agentforce ARR crossed $1.5 billion, up over 240% year over year, and combined Agentforce plus Data 360 ARR reached roughly $3.9 billion, up more than 210%. Q2 delivered revenue of $11.35 billion, up 10.83%, and a sixth straight EPS beat.
The setup for Salesforce looks constructive ahead of Dreamforce and Investor Day next week, with the ASR settling in October 2026. However, bears can point to genuine cracks, including operating income falling 0.04% year over year despite double-digit revenue growth, and free cash flow guidance of only 4% to 5% growth.
