Salesforce Unveils AI-Powered CRM Model Built on NVIDIA's Nemotron

Salesforce has launched Koa, its first CRM reasoning model for Agentforce, built on NVIDIA's Nemotron. The model was developed through a joint technical effort between Salesforce and NVIDIA.

Koa is designed to handle complex, multistep workflows and select the appropriate tools to complete tasks. It was created by post-training NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super using a proprietary synthetic dataset based on nearly three decades of CRM experience.

Salesforce claims that Koa matches or outperforms leading models on CRM actions while producing three times fewer errors, according to its own CRM benchmark. The company retains control of the model weights and conducts post-training and inference within its own trust boundary, offering customers a specialized Salesforce-hosted model for Agentforce.
